I am a lucky girl to be able to brew wine on this fragrant island. In the humid air, the medicinal aroma of star anise and cinnamon drifts on the wind, while the sweet and sour notes of star fruit intertwine with the fruity fragrance, becoming the gentlest scent in my memory. This gin is my tribute to Taiwan—a reunion of the spicy aroma of an old kitchen and the sweet afterglow of afternoon sunlight. Sweet and spicy, warm and cool, balanced like life itself, and like my original intention in brewing: to record happiness through flavor.
