The Story
2022 Courage Gin Challenge Champion
Bar: Bodega / Bartender: Lin Junyou (Max)
Having grown up in a traditional market, I always wandered among colorful flowers and plants and rich fruit aromas, as if I had transformed into an explorer of a new continent, searching for undiscovered rare species in the rainforest.
Pineapple and pink pepper symbolize passion and vitality, while acacia and cocoa beans depict the deep essence of woodlands and soil. Finally, the lily, with its symbolism of "deep love and great blessings," is dedicated to the world, all living things, and family, offering my sincerest gratitude. The forest and Mount Tai imagery on the label symbolize every bartender like myself, constantly exploring the unknown rainforest, with the fearless courage of a newborn calf, creating their own new world.
