Holy Distillery
Founded in Yingge, New Taipei City in 2016, we are inspired by our beliefs and focused on exploring the local flavors of whisky, rum, and gin. We combine ingredients such as Taiwanese rice, tea, citrus, and osmanthus, using distillation techniques to transform the land and culture of Taiwan into delicate aromas, and continue to use courage and creativity to brew spirits that tell a story unique to Taiwan.



Local Ingredients
The flavor of the island flows through these ingredients, like a free spirit, carrying the scents of sea breeze, fruit acidity, and mountains, outlining the most authentic contours of Taiwan's terroir.

Courage Gin is inspired by the essence of the earth.
It connects the flavorful memories of mountains, forests, oceans, and culture.
Craftsmanship
From raw ingredients to the final product, every step is crafted with time and hands, creating a flavor born of conviction.
Alcohol Base
Gin is made by fermenting grains or other raw materials and then distilling them into neutral alcohol, which becomes the "blank canvas" for gin.


Spices Selection
Juniper berries, citrus peels, tea leaves, flowers and herbs... Each spice is the soul of the flavor, carefully selected by the artisans.
Immersion
The spices are infused in alcohol to slowly release their aroma.
This allows the wine to begin to develop a layered flavor profile.


Distillation
The aromatic liquor is distilled again to extract a clear, pure, and distinct flavor.
Dilution
Blend different batches or flavored distillates and dilute with pure water to a suitable drinking concentration to find the best balance.

Bottling
Filtering, settling, bottling, and sealing in time and the dedication of the craftsmen allow the flavor to be fully presented.
Cross-industry Collaboration
We at Valor Gin do more than just creating flavors, we also initiate dialogues. Through the Valor Gin Challenge, we invite bartenders to collaborate on creations.
